When you use the web check-in to get your boarding pass, you need to enter your first name, last name and eticket reference number. The system checks for your reservation and then the boarding pass appears. You print it and no check-in line at the airport. Usually a very simple process. See if you can you figure out why I couldn't find my online ticket?
After bit of a panic attack that my return ticket did not exist anymore, I phoned the airport to figure out why the web check-in kept telling me it could not find my reservation. They told me the information I needed and I was able to find my reservation to print the above boarding pass for my flight. If you didn't figure it out above...hint...my first name has 2 letters and my last name is much longer to type. Please don't start calling me Missy! :D
