There is a large open square used as a courtyard with granite seats adorned with blue ceramic tiles. Coloured glass lamps hang from the archways. Carved wooden doors, elaborate stained glass windows. The tile floor in the hallways are made to look like carpet. There are elephant heads on the wall, elephant footstools and and elephant trunk vase.
While standing in line to get my entry ticket, I heard someone calling my name. I turned around and there was Manuela that I had met at ISKON. We laughed and joked around while visiting the Palace.
Once outside, Manuela and I were stopped by some women that wanted to take our picture. Just like the others, I made them take a picture with us. They giggled the whole time we took the picture.
Drove around Bangalore checking out some more sights and then headed back to the hotel. Praveen was great! He shared a lot of different things about the city as we drove.
